Ceremony
- On-site coverage of the ceremony arriving at least one hour prior to the ceremony or when the bridal couple arrives
- Be a liaison between bride and groom of any last minute changes
- Oversee and execute all wedding plans and details with the vendors, families and guest
- Assisting at both ceremony and reception simultaneously
- Attending the bridal party as needed
- Attending to the immediate family or special guests during the ceremony and reception
- Distribute last payments
- Handle any last minute emergencies
- Use of extensive Wedding Day emergency kit
- Pin flowers on attendants, family and distribute bouquets
- Clean up personal decorations and belongings and make sure they are given to the appropriate individual to load
Reception
- Arrive at the reception venue earlier in the day to verify vendors are on schedule
- Verify the reception room is set up correctly as per the bridal couples vision and instructions
Which includes: table layout, linens, chair count per table, flowers, favors, centerpieces, gift table, entrance table and decorations, seating cards if applicable, signature book, cake table, décor of room, air conditioning/heat is on, lighting is adjusted, cake has arrived and set up, knife serving set is placed, and any additional items as per request of the bridal couple
- Greet reception entertainment and confirm they are set up correctly within the reception facility
- Confirm bar or drink station is open and hor d’ oeuvres are ready when guests begin to arrive
- Greet guests
- Direct guests to the gift table and their seats
- Line up bridal party for introductions
- Manage time lines of the reception events as per request of the bridal couple
- Direct formal exit of the bridal couple at the conclusion of the reception
- Once reception concludes, verify items are gathered and given to designated individuals
